FESTIVAL ACADIEN DE CLARE 2010

_____ I accept to pay thirty dollars ($30) to operate a kiosk at the 2010 Festival acadien de Clare Bazaar.
_____ I accept to pay ten percent (10%) of sales to operate a food vending kiosk at the 2010 Festival acadien de Clare Bazaar.
This amount will shall be given to the Events Coordinator, before the Bazaar or no later than August 6th, 2010. You may submit your payment in person at the Festival office (situated at École secondaire de Clare, Meteghan River) or you may mail it to Festival acadien de Clare, Little Brook, P.O. Box 458, NS, B0W 1Z0. Please make check payable to the Festival acadien de Clare.

 Note: If you are paying for your kiosk before the festival, please bring both pages (1 and 2) when you register. You may bring your form in person at the Festival office (situated at École secondaire de Clare, Meteghan River) or you may mail it to Festival acadien de Clare, Little Brook, P.O. Information for exhibitors
- The bazaar will be held on Sunday, August 1st on the grounds of Université Sainte-Anne, Church Point.
- We ask that you provide a bilingual service at your kiosk (French and English).
- Set-up will begin at 8am on August 1st (your both must be ready by 10am -start time for the Bazaar)
- The start time of the Bazaar is 10am, the end may vary depending on how many participants are still on-site, but will end between 4:30pm-5pm (we ask that you do not dismantle your kiosk before you are advised by a festival employee).
- One table and 2 chairs are included in the cost of you kiosk. One additional table will be $30. If you require more tables, we ask that you put in your request to the festival by July 2nd (we will let you know if we are able to grant you additional tables by July 20th). Each additional table will cost $30. You are welcome to bring your own additional table and chairs.
- Kiosk sizes are 8 ft (width) x   10ft (length).
- Automobiles are prohibited inside the Bazaar grounds.
- The Festival reserves the right to decline a request for a kiosk.
