In order to continue to improve the Festival, the board of directors comes together several times during the year. During these meetings, the members of the committee discuss the different pros and cons of various activities and how to ensure that problems that arose don't happen again. The board is comprised of people from the region who offer their time for the Festival both as directors and as volunteers.
