The Festival acadien de clare combines the effort of all those who are involved and for the past few years, three youths from the region are hired during the summer to help plan this project that keeps growing every year. These employees team up with the general manager, Lisette Gaudet, to plan and ensure the success of all the activities. The person in charge of the post of events coordinator is responsible mostly for the major activities such as the concerts, the parade and the bazaar. The marketing and communications agent has the task of advertising the festival through news papers, radio stations and television. Finally, whoever holds the position of volunteer coordinator has the task of finding a sufficient amount of volunteers, assigning different tasks to each of them and ensuring that they have everything they need to do their job.
