with Fox Hill havarti cheese and a balsamic maple vinaigrette

Seared Nova Scotia scallops in a NS inspired honey butter

Served with wild blueberry onion chutney.

Accompanied by roasted garlic mashed potatoes and fresh garden vegetables

Desert

Valley Cranberry apple crisp

Finished with a rum caramel

and le Grand Réveil Acadien)
Featuring: Cadiens, Tee Mamou Cajun Band, Lost Bayou Ramblers
Cajun food by Chef Brandon Broussard
 
August 14th , 2010, 8pm: Rock d’la Baie (Sponsored by Belliveau Motors and Clare Dodge)
Featuring: Kwet, Rock le bot, Bête 4
 
August 15th, 2010, 7:15pm: Closing concert (Sponsored by the NSLC)
Featuring: Baie en Joie, BeauPhare, Lennie Gallant, JP LeBlanc
